Do you offer products or custom development?
Both. We design and build custom software, and develop our own products. Our products are currently planned or prototypes, with early-access enquiries open. Hosted subscriptions are not yet available.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We welcome founders, growing businesses, and teams that need practical software. The starting point is your problem and whether our skills, capacity, and proposed approach are a good fit.
I only have an idea. Where do we start?
That is enough for an initial conversation. Tell us who the idea serves and what you want to improve. For larger or uncertain projects, a discovery engagement can help define the requirements before you commit to development.
How much will my project cost?
Cost depends on the scope, complexity, integrations, content, and support you need. After understanding the brief, we propose deliverables, milestones, pricing, and exclusions. The budget choices in the form help us frame the conversation; they are not fixed package prices.
How long does development take?
A focused website and a custom business platform have very different timelines. We agree on a realistic schedule after discovery, including your content, feedback, and third-party dependencies.
How do ownership and ongoing costs work?
For custom development, source code, accounts, licenses and handover are agreed in the contract. A SaaS subscription provides access to a hosted product rather than ownership of its source code. Hosting, integrations, AI usage and support costs are discussed before you commit.
Can you support the software after launch?
Yes. Maintenance or improvement work can be arranged with an agreed scope and response expectations. Hosting fees, third-party services, and new features are discussed separately so responsibilities remain clear.
